The Northern Ohio Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information leading to the capture of fugitive Rashaad Wilson.
Wilson is wanted by the U.S. Marshals Service and the Cuyahoga County Sheriff's Office for failure to register as a sex offender and escape. The Adult Parole Authority has also issued a warrant for Wilson for parole violations.
He also has underlying charges of rape and gross sexual imposition and has been on the run from these charges since 2015, according to the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force.
Wilson is a 28-year-old black male standing approximately 4'10" and weighing 200 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes and is believed to be hiding on Cleveland's west side in the areas of Clark and Fulton Avenue and West 73rd Street and Clark Avenue. Wilson also frequents the Parma area.
