13th annual Rainbow Radiothon rakes in $400K

The 13th annual Rainbow Radiothon raised $398,389 Friday during a live broadcast at University Hospitals.

Christmas 102 hosts Jen Toohey and Tim Richards broadcasted on air for more than 12 hours to raise funds for patients at University Hospitals Rainbow Babies and Children’s.

"We get to help make miracles happen right here in Cleveland for our friends at UH Rainbow Babies & Children's Hospital," says Toohey. "I'm thrilled to be hosting the Radiothon again this year."

The money raised during Rainbow Radiothon will be used to support research and training, purchase equipment and pay for uncompensated care at Rainbow.
