MORELAND HILLS, Ohio — Intermittent power outages are expected in Moreland Hills due to a crash.
The crash happened on Chagrin Boulevard near Strawberry Lane.
First Energy is attempting to repair the poles and primary lines.
The city is asking everyone to avoid the area if possible.
