According to Cuyahoga Court of Common Pleas records, Dominic Booker, 26, is charged with three counts of rape, one count of kidnapping, one count of aggravated burglary and one count of burglary.

The judge issued a $100,000 and banned contact with the victim.

According to authorities, on Sept. 14 Booker climbed through the first-floor window of a house in the 4300 block of East 142nd Street around 2:30 a.m. and sexually assaulted a 31-year-old woman.

Police said that while the Sept. 14 incident is the only case Booker has been charged with, they are investigating several other incidents where a prowler wearing a black ski mask tried to break into several homes recently and could be connected.

Booker is scheduled to appear back in court on October 4 at 9 a.m.
