A Broadview Heights fugitive wanted for robbing a T-Mobile store and taking nearly $20,000 worth of cell phones has been captured by U.S. Marshals.
On Jan 26, 2018, police say Taite Gourley forced an employee to open the store's safe and took off with the electronics.
On Friday afternoon, Gourley was spotted by authorities and followed to a gas station on Granger Road in Maple Heights where they arrested him.
Police found a .45 caliber handgun on Gourley during the arrest. It's not known if the weapon is the same gun he allegedly used in the robbery.
