Cleveland police are investigating a shooting that happened on the city's east side Wednesday morning.
The shooting occurred on the 4060 block of E. 136th Street around 12:44 a.m.
Police said a man was shot in the back of the head.
There were no further details about the victim's condition.
The shooting is currently under investigation.
