MAPLE HEIGHTS, Ohio — A Maple Heights murder suspect has been named the U.S. Marshal's Fugitive of the Week.
Jalen Smith, 19, is wanted for two counts of aggravated murder and one count of attempted murder.
Police say Smith should be considered armed and dangerous. Authorities said there are other persons of interest in the case.
Smith has ties to Cleveland and Chicago. He also goes by the names Jalen Smith, Jalen L. Smith and Lathan Smith, authorities said.
The shooting happened in March in the 14400 block of Brunswick Avenue.
Police responding to the residence found blood on an open door and two men inside who were later pronounced dead. A third victim was treated at MetroHealth Medical Center for life-threatening injuries.
Smith is 5-feet-11-inches tall and weighs 180 pounds.
