CLEVELAND — An elderly man who went missing Monday morning after he walked away from his home without his medication has been located, according to Cleveland police.
An 87-year-old man walked away from his residence on East 147th Street at about 12 a.m. Monday.
Police said the man suffered from dementia and other health conditions for which medication is required. He did not have his medication with him and was last seen wearing a red baseball cap, a dark blue jacket and blue jeans.
