Missing East Cleveland teenager, Jasmine Conaway has been located according to Conaway's grandfather.
Jasmine Conaway went missing Feb. 23, according to her mother, Melissa Fuentes, after she and another teenaged girl walked away from the Carrington Youth Academy.
Conaway, 15, and the teenager had gotten into a fight with the girl earlier in the week.
