PARMA, Ohio — UPDATE: The power has been restored.
Thousands are without power in Northeast Ohio.
First Energy reported 23,413 power outages in Cuyahoga County as of 7:30 p.m.
The largest outages are being reported in Parma and Parma Heights.
A substation failed in the Strongsville and Parma area which caused the outage.
Power is estimated to be restored by 10:30 p.m.
