NORTH OLMSTED, Ohio — North Olmsted has decided to opt out of Cuyahoga County's plastic bag ban.
The measure was voted in favor of the opt out by city council with a vote of 6-1.
The single-use plastic bag ban for the county will be effective on Jan 1.
