Jeffrey Greiner, 25, of North Royalton, was indicted on two counts of murder, one count of reckless homicide, two counts of felonious assault, and two counts of tampering with evidence, according to court records.
According to police, Greiner was charged for the death of Christal Shaver.
Officials said Greiner called police around 5:15 p.m. on Feb. 16 and said he had shot Shaver at his home in the 9500 block of Cove Drive. He was charged with her death two days later.
EMS transported Shaver to Southwest General Hospital where she later died.
According to Shaver's Facebook page, Greiner was her boyfriend.
