WESTLAKE — A crash on Thursday in Westlake sent one person to the hospital after two vehicles collided and one swerved onto a tree lawn, hit a mailbox and then a utility pole, cutting it in half.
The crash happened near the corner of Columbia Road and Hilliard Boulevard around 5 p.m, according to Westlake police.
The injured person was taken to a nearby hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
No additional information has been released.
