An 18-year-old was arrested after pistol whipping and carjacking a man in the parking lot of Midtown Towers in Parma.
Kevin Darnell Green Jr. was one of two men accused of carjacking the victim.
After his car was taken, the victim yelled for help and another person helped the victim into his car and tried to follow the stolen vehicle. They eventually lost sight of the car.
Green is charged with one count of aggravated robbery.
This is still an ongoing investigation.
