Emergency response teams responded to a reported partial caved-in building at E. 83rd Street and Cedar Avenue on Monday.
According to the Cleveland Fire Department, the walls are bulging out of the structure.
The structure houses a barbershop
Police are on scene to divert traffic. East 83rd Street near Cedar Avenue is closed to traffic.
