PD: Three teens shot getting off RTA bus in CLE

Cleveland Police report the three people shot Saturday night in Cleveland were teenagers who allegedly became victims of an attempted robbery while getting off an RTA bus, according to witness accounts.

Police say the suspects are three unknown black males.
 
Officers responded to Broadway and Osage avenues for reports of a male being shot. When they arrived, officers located a 16-year-old boy with a gunshot wound in his stomach area at Broadway and Fullerton avenues, police reported.
 
An 18-year-old teenage girl was also shot in her thigh and an 18-year-old teenage boy was shot in his lower back, according to authorities.
 
Officers assisted the 16-year-old teenage boy with first aid kits until EMS arrived and transported him to MetroHealth Medical Center.
 
Witnesses told police that the other two victims left in a Monte Carlo and were headed to Marymount Hospital, according to authorities.
 
Police report that all the victims were taken to MetroHealth Medical Center and were confined.
