The Cleveland Division of the FBI will announce the arrest of a person charged with attempting to support a foreign terrorist organization for planning an attack on July 4 in downtown Cleveland, according to the FBI.
Authorities are holding a press conference scheduled for Monday at 9:15 a.m.
