Parma Police said an armed man entered an occupied Parma home in broad daylight and threatened to kill the residents.
Eugene D. Gill, 24, has been charged with aggravated robbery after police said he robbed a woman on Dec. 17.
Police report that he entered a Spring Garden Road home at 3:30 p.m. with a gun, pointed it at a woman and robbed her of her cell phone.
Police, who had been called to the home for a report of a man pointing a gun at residents, spotted Gill walking away from the home when they arrived. He started running when he saw them, police reported.
He was captured a short distance away at 79th Street and Bertha Avenue.
Gill is being held at the Parma Detention Center on a $150,000 bond.
