SHAKER HEIGHTS, Ohio — Shaker Heights police arrested a man who is accused of breaking into homes wearing reflective traffic vests to blend in with the community.
Police said Bobby Weatherspoon has been charged with breaking and entering.
Police said Weatherspoon committed crimes in locations that are widely known to be easy targets because basic security measures were not employed.
Police want to remind residents to lock car doors, keep garage doors closed and secure personal property.
