The person responsible for making clown threats against a local high school has been identified as a 16-year-old teen, according to police.
Authorities said the male admitted to creating an Instagram account where he posted the threats to Garfield Heights High School.
The teen is facing charges of menacing and inducing panic, and will appear in Cuyahoga County Juvenile Court at a later date.
