SHAKER HEIGHTS, Ohio — Shaker Heights police responded to a smash and grab at a Walgreens on Chagrin Boulevard Wednesday morning.
Shortly after 4:00 a.m., police responded to Walgreens, 16400 Chagrin Boulevard, for an alarm notice.
When police arrived, a vehicle had crashed into the building and unknown males were at the scene, police said.
A number of males fled the scene into the City of Cleveland. Officers were able to establish a tactical perimeter.
Police arrested 20-year-old Jamel Frazier, 19-year-old Cordell Washington, 19-year-old Deshawn Collins, 20-year-old Jehjuan Durrah, and 19-year-old Anthony Massingill.

The crash remains under investigation.
