A Lorain woman was arrested over the weekend after falling asleep behind the wheel at a Rocky River intersection, according to police.
Mya Lynn Villanueva, 19, of Lorain, was seen by an officer asleep while sitting at a traffic light on Westway Drive and Wager Road around 5:25 a.m. on Saturday. The car sat idle for more than five minutes and through several cycles of traffic, according to police.
The passenger inside the vehicle was also asleep.
The driver was arrested for an OVI.
