Cleveland police report the package found on an RTA train on Friday has been rendered safe, and no bomb was found.
All roads and routes are back open.
Authorities began investigating the suspicious package after a bomb-sniffing dog got a positive hit on a train near the Buckeye Woodhill rapid station.
The package was found shortly after 5 p.m.
