PARMA, Ohio — A three-legged puppy lab mix traveled from Georgia to Parma looking for his forever home.
Rusty, who is 1, was found on the road with only three legs. He is one of 3,000 animals that have been brought to the Northeast Ohio. Rusty was rescued from a kill shelter and brought to Northeast Ohio SPCA, which is a no-kill shelter. Joining Rusty are six puppies and eight other adult dogs from Georgia.
Staff at the shelter said Rusty can move around well and has a good demeanor. He gets along with other dogs, but it's not known how well does around cats.
