The second suspect who was arrested in connection with several robberies that occurred in Cleveland's Little Italy neighborhood in December has been charged, court records show.
Eighteen-year-old David Harrison, who police said was arrested on Saturday, is charged with aggravated robbery, according to court records.
The arrest of Harrison came soon after Johnchez Phillips, 20, was also arrested in connection with the incidents. Phillips is accused ofpistol-whipping a priest in Little Italy while trying to steal his car on Dec. 5.
Police took a suspect into custody in December, but that individual was later released. Police did not release the person's identity.
On Dec. 23, an arrest warrant for Phillips was issued.
