One suspect is in custody after an early morning argument led to a fatal shooting, Cleveland police said.
At about 3 a.m. on Dec. 19, authorities responded to the 1400 block of East 95th St. for a report of multiple gunshots.
When officers arrived on scene they discovered the victim, identified as a 34-year-old Bill McPhearson, had sustained multiple gunshots and was lying on the front porch of a house. He was pronounced dead by EMS, police said.
According to police detectives, the two men had an argument and the 28-year-old shooter returned with a handgun and the pair exchanged gunfire.
Police are withholding further information pending an investigation into the incident.
