U.S. Marshals offering reward for info that leads to arrest of fugitive who allegedly attacked 3 women

CLEVELAND — The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information that leads to the arrest of a man wanted for allegedly attacking three women on the same day in Cleveland.

Kevin Ballard, 27, is wanted by the Cleveland Police Department for rape and aggravated burglary.

Ballard allegedly attacked two women within minutes of each other in Cleveland’s Tremont neighborhood and then allegedly sexually assaulted a woman later that day at a Target on West 117th Street.

Ballard, who was released from prison on Sept. 25, is also wanted for a parole violation.

He is described as standing 5 feet, 8 inches tall and weighing approximately 145 pounds. His last known address is near the 5700 block of East 141st Street in Maple Heights.
