The U.S. Marshals have announced the arrest of a wanted fugitive who narrowly escaped capture last month when the driver of the car he was in tried to run over police.

Antonio D. Boddy, 26, was arrested on Thursday in the area of East 96th Street and Miles Avenue in Cleveland. He was wanted on two previous counts of felonious assault on police officers.

Authorities tried to arrest Boddy on March 23 but he was able to evade police when the driver of the car he was in tried to run over officers and fled the area. The driver turned herself over to police custody the next day.
