Victim on life support, second victim injured in East Cleveland shooting

One man went on life support and a second man went into surgery after a shooting in East Cleveland Saturday morning.

Police were called to the crime scene at Strathmore and Manhattan avenues at about 5 a.m. When they arrived, officers found an unresponsive man in the driver's seat of a car and another on the outside of the car, according to East Cleveland police.

The two victims with gunshot wounds were transported to University Hospitals.

It is the driver who went on life support.
