An elderly man found dead in Cleveland Sunday has led police to investigate the incident as suspected violence.
According to police, officers responded to the 11800 block of Osceola Avenue for a deceased man at around 10:35 a.m.
The victim, an 80-year-old man, was discovered outside in the driveway of the home by relatives. Police said he was last seen earlier Sunday morning.
Police also said the victim had bruises and abrasions on his body. However, the cause of death has not yet been determined.
The police department’s homicide unit, along with the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner, responded to the scene to investigate.
