PARMA, Ohio — Parma police made a special stop Sunday afternoon that was sure to make the day of a few local kids.
Officers from the Parma Police Department stopped by Fortune Avenue to play catch with some of the neighborhood kids who were outside.
The officers even brought out their K9 officers for the kids to pet and play with.
The fun police interaction that was caught on camera comes at the start of National Police Week, a designated week to honor those who protect and serve. National Police Week runs from May 12 through May 18.
