BROOK PARK, Ohio — A water main break has closed a portion of Sheldon Road in Brook Park Monday morning, according to dispatch.
Sheldon Road is closed from Benedict to Harrow drives.
A crew from the Cleveland Water Department was on scene working to repair the water main break.
John Goersmeyer, of the Cleveland Water Department, said the break is on a 12 inch water main. The water hasn't been completely shut off yet, but they did turn it down to prevent any additional flooding.
He said once crews locate exactly where the break occurred, the pipe repair crew will then turn off the water completely.
