WESTLAKE, Ohio — Westlake police are looking for a man who vandalized a wall at the new Peterson Pool at Clague Park last week.

On Aug. 27 around 11:41 p.m., a man and a woman walked into Clague Park and wandered around Peterson Pool, which had opened just two months earlier, police said.

The man then spray-painted graffiti on one of the brick structures at the pool, according to police.

A security camera in the area captured images of the couple. The man seemingly noticed the camera, smiling at it before leaving the scene.

Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying either of the two individuals.

Anyone with information regarding the identity of either the man or woman should call police at 440-871-3311.
