A Westlake woman was arrested for domestic violence after threatening her family with a rat-tail comb.
According to police, 70-year-old Nadezhda Evstigneeva was threatening her 51-year-old son in law and 3-year-old granddaughter with a rat tail comb on October 9.
Police were notified and Evstigneeva was arrested for domestic violence. Cuyahoga County Children and Family Services were also notified.
