An East Cleveland woman has been charged with aggravated murder after police found a dead body stuffed in the trunk of a vehicle on Friday, Sept. 23.
Pearl Hatley, 39, is accused of killing Marvin Kimmie on Sept.15, according to court documents. She was being held in Cleveland Jail on a $500,000 bond. Court documents say she was planning to dispose of Kimmie's dead body.
Larry Hatley was named as an accomplice to the murder in court documents, and he's still at-large.

On Friday, Sept. 23, police arrived to the 3000 block of East 140th Street where they found a strong odor coming from a vehicle parked in the backyard of a home. Officers investigated and found a dead body in the trunk.
Firefighters arrived to help open the trunk and remove the remains. Pearl Hatley was arrested at the scene. She's since been charged with aggravated murder for Kimmie's death.
