MARGERETTA TOWNSHIP, Ohio — The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal Margeretta Township crash.
The crash happened Tuesday night before 6 p.m. on State Route 101 at Bardshar Road.
A red 2017 Buick Envision was headed southwest bound on State Route 101.
A gray 2018 Chrysler 300 was headed northbound on Bardshar Road approaching the stop sign for State Route 101.
The driver of the Chrysler failed to yield at the intersection and pulled in front of the Buick.
The Buick hit the Chrysler and both vehicles were ran off the road. The Chrysler overturned on impact, according to troopers.
The driver of the Buick was wearing a seatbelt and treated for minor injuries.
The driver of the Chrysler sustained serious injuries and was transported to Fireland's Hospital.
Marilyn Luska, 66, was sitting in the passenger seat of the Chrysler. She was transported to the hospital, where she later died.
