Sandusky homicide suspect arrested in Toledo by U.S. Marshals Service

SANDUSKY, Ohio — A second suspect wanted in connection to a homicide that happened in Sandusky over the weekend has been caught.

According to the Sandusky Police Department, the suspect, Bren' Davion Durr, was arrested by the U.S. Marshals in Toledo.

He has been charged with murder, according to Sandusky Municipal Court records.

The homicide happened Dec. 14 in the 400 block of Dewey Street.

Upon arriving, officers located a man — later identified as Deyin Hill — with a gunshot wound. Police administered first aid until an ambulance arrived and transported him to a nearby hospital. Hill was later pronounced dead.

A 17-year-old was taken into custody on Monday in connection with the homicide. The teen is facing a murder charge, according to Sandusky police.
