PARKMAN TOWNSHIP, Ohio — The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal crash in Geauga County.

The crash happened after 5:30 p.m. on State Route 528 near Shed Road in Parkman Township.

A 2018 Honda Civic, driven by 72-year-old James Gray, was traveling north on State Route 528. His daughter, Chloe Trupa, was a passenger in his vehicle.

The Honda Civic traveled left of the center line and hit a 2008 Pontiac G6 driver by Anthony O'Malley, 48, troopers said.

Neither Gray or Trupa were wearing their seat belts and were pronounced dead at the scene.
