Body of missing 29-year-old swimmer found in Huron

Body of missing swimmer 18-year-old Alvin Marvin was recovered by authorities.
HURON, Ohio — The body of a swimmer who was last seen on Sunday at Nickel Plate Beach in Huron was found Thursday morning.
According to authorities, the body of 29-year-old Vermilion woman Brittany Young was found on some rocks on the lake’s shoreline near the 1100 block of By The Shores Drive.

Her cause of death has not been determined. An autopsy has been ordered.
Young is the second person to have gone missing while swimming at Nickel Plate Beach.
In early July, the body of an 18-year-old swimmer who drowned while trying to rescue children was found near the mouth of the Huron River.
