CONCORD TOWNSHIP, Ohio — A Perry Township man has been arrested for stealing multiple firearms from a home.

The Lake County Sheriff's Office received a call on Oct. 8 about a burglary in the 11500 block of Girdled Road in Concord Township.

The homeowner told deputies a man wearing a mask and dark clothing was captured on their surveillance cameras.

The homeowner told deputies she thought the suspect may be an acquaintance of her son's and began searching social media.

Deputies said it was determined that the suspect was 20-year-old David Kaleal. He was stopped on a traffic stop by another traffic agency, where four guns were recovered from his vehicle, which was then impounded.

Detectives determined the guns were stolen from the homeowner's house.

Deputies found two empty gun cases, which were stolen during the burglary, along with clothing matching the description seen on the surveillance video inside of Kaleal's car.

Kaleal was arrested and confessed to the burglary on Monday.
