One person has died and two others are in serious condition after a fire erupted in a Willoughby home Sunday evening.
Authorities responded to the 38000 block of Parkway Blvd. shortly before 6 p.m.
Crews were able to contain the fire in about 20 minutes.
The three victims were transported to Lake West Hospital with serious injuries. One of the victims later succumbed to their injuries. The name of the deceased has not been released.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation but it does not appear suspicious in origin, firefighters said.
