In the early hours of Christmas Eve, a man walked up to the drive through window at a Wendy's in Willowick to complain about his order and demand a refund.
The register was briefly open after the refund was made and the cashier walked away, allowing the man to reach through the window and grab the drawer with cash in it, according to police.
He drove away in a small, newer black SUV.
Police say the suspect is about 6 feet 1 inch tall, 190 pounds and in his 20s. They say he has dread locks that were died a different color at the tips. He was wearing a black jacket, sweatpants and a winter hat at the time of the robbery.
