One man is dead following a house fire in Kirtland on Monday night.
At 11:06 p.m. the Kirtland Fire Department responded to a house fire on Chillicothe Road. The person who reported the fire said at least one person was inside the house.
When the fire department arrived, the house was fully engulfed. According to the Kirtland Fire Department, the fire was extinguished by 11:46 p.m. with assistance from neighboring fire departments.
The deceased is in his 60s. His name has not been released.
The West Lake County Fire Investigation Unit is investigating the fire.
