WILLOUGHBY, Ohio — Days after a judge sentenced former Euclid Police Officer Todd Gauntner to jail, we're getting the first look at video of the wild bar brawl that landed him behind bars.

Gauntner, who's serving a five day jail sentence after pleading guilty to using a weapon while intoxicated, is seen on surveillance video pulling a gun during a fight with two men inside Frank and Tony's bar in Willoughby in August.

Investigators say Gauntner started the incident by making a disparaging remark to two suspected Hell's Angels.

The men are seen on video approaching Gauntner. Pushing and shoving follows. Then, Gaunter walks behind the bar and aims the gun at the men. The video, which does not contain audio, then appears to show things settle down. But then the men grab Gauntner and begin viciously punching him. At one point, it appears Gaunter takes a knee to the head.

Eventually Willoughby police arrived.

Gauntner was fired from Euclid police in September.

Court records show the two other men involved in the fight both both pleaded guilty to aggravated disorderly conduct and were given $200 fines.
