A woman who was struck and killed by a semi-tractor trailer on Interstate 90 on Thursday has been identified.
Deanna C. Poghen, 47, of Concord Township, was identified as the victim.
Michelle Bouman, 47, of Columbia Station, was identified as the driver of the FedEx tractor-trailer.
Police said there was no indication that drugs or alcohol were involved. The incident is under investigation.
