A wrong-way driver on Interstate 90 in Kirtland Hills sent two people to the hospital early Sunday morning.
According to Ohio State Highway Patrol, a 33-year-old man was driving a 2015 Toyota Rav 4 eastbound in the Westbound lanes on I-90, just east of State Route 306. He hit a 2011 Chevrolet Impala head-on.
The driver who caused the accident was taken to TriPoint Medical Center with minor injuries. He had a passenger in his car who was okay after the crash.
The driver of the Impala was taken to Hillcrest Hospital with incapacitating injuries.
OSHP believe alcohol was a factor in the crash.
