Wellington police are looking for a boy's parents after they found the boy outside of a Rite-Aid by himself.
Police say the boy had no shirt or shoes on when they found him around 5 p.m.
Officers think the boy is around five years old. They say he is difficult to understand, so they have not much helpful information from him in trying to find his parents.
