A Coast Guard response boat rescued two boaters from the water in Lorain.
Coast Guard officials said a good Samaritan called them about the capsized vessel.
One of the individuals was wearing a life jacket and the other was not, according to the Coast Guard news release.
Both were suffering from symptoms of hypothermia.
The Coast Guard's boat crew transported the two to waiting emergency medical services on shore.
No other injuries were reported, the release states. The capsized boat was recovered by a local commercial salvage operation.
