ELYRIA, Ohio — Emergency crews responded Friday afternoon after a fire was reported at a manufacturing facility in Elyria.

Firefighters were called to Lear Romec, 241 South Abbey Road, for a fire contained to a single room. While on scene, another fire was reported in a second room, authorities said.

The area around the facility was blocked off and employees were evacuated from the building, authorities said.
