AVON LAKE, Ohio — A North Ridgeville man is facing charges after he allegedly tattooed two minors and provided them alcohol, according to the Avon Lake Police Department.
Officers were called to the 200 block of Inwood Boulevard on Jan. 16 around 6 p.m.
When they arrived on the scene, a woman told police that a 30-year-old man had come to their house and given tattoos to her two children, according to authorities.
The woman also told police the man gave her children alcoholic beverages.
Charges will be filed against the man for consent required to tattoo on a minor and purchasing alcohol for underage persons, police said.
Penalties for purchasing alcohol to a minor is up to a $1000 fine and up to six months in jail, while tattooing a minor without consent carries a maximum jail sentence of 30 days up to a $250 fine.
